To help your day run smoothly, we send a reminder 48 hours before your appointment so you can confirm the date and time.
If you're running late, please let us know. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be adjusted or rescheduled so we can stay on time for all of our guests.
If you need to move or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the time to another guest. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Because every service is customized, we do not offer refunds on services provided. If something doesn't feel quite right, please let us know within 7 days - we're always happy to make adjustments.
