Our services are provided a-la-carte, and the pricing listed reflects our entry level. Pricing varies based on the demand of your stylist’s time, the amount of product used, and/or the time needed to complete your service.

Policies

Appointment Confirmation - we text/call each client with a reminder 48 hours in advance of their appointment to confirm the date and time of the scheduled appointment. If we have an out of date phone number or no voicemail is available it is the client's responsibility to remember their appointment.


We take our clients' time seriously and we strive to do our best to accommodate each client's schedule. Late arrival (more than 10 minutes) may require us to cut your appointment short or ask you to reschedule to another date.


When an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled without reasonable notice (a minimum of 24 hours) our Service Provider misses the opportunity to fill that time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity for an earlier appointment. Repeat cancellations/reschedules without proper notice may require prepayment to schedule additional appointments and online booking accounts may be restricted.


We do not offer refunds on services provided. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the outcome of a service we offer complimentary alterations/changes within 7 days of service completion.
